A seedy Saturday at the West Coast Bar & Grill - Christchurch

How good does this sound on a seedy Saturday morning? I can't remember what we did the night before but it must have been a good one!
Jackson Bay Burger
Beef Pattie, fresh tomato, lettuce, cheese, tomato sauce, aioli, caramelized onion, fried egg AND Beetroot!
This is what I ordered in the West Coast Bar on Grill, situated on Main North Road in Christchurch.
I opted for a side of wedges instead of the rustic style fries. I’d been here before and was unimpressed but I always give a place two chances.
The burger came out and it looked bloody amazing! look at it!

It even had a knife stabbed in it!

I was thinking this is looking tasty and will be worth a blog.
However looks can be deceiving. I might complain about under seasoning from time to time but holy crap could you add any more salt to the wedges?
Also boy there was some cumin or other eastern spice in the Beef Pattie - way too overpowering and ruined the whole burger!
This is an example of why I set up this blog, overpriced food that tastes unimpressive or that tries too hard. Let me salt my own chips - you have salt on the tables, you trying to give me a heart attack?
